Payment Terms and Conditions for Home Tuitions

Welcome to VEDA Home Tutor. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all parties involved, we have outlined the following payment terms and conditions for our home tuition services. Please read them carefully and feel free to contact us if you have any questions or require further clarification.

1. Payment Schedule:

• Payments are to be made on a monthly basis, in advance, before the commencement of tutoring sessions for the month.
• Payment due dates will be communicated at the start of the service and should be strictly adhered to.

2. Payment Methods:

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or cash.
• Detailed payment instructions will be provided upon enrollment.
• Continuous late payments may result in suspension of tutoring services until dues are cleared.

4. Refund Policy:

• Fees paid in advance are non-refundable except in cases where VEDA Home Tutor cancels the services.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Parents must notify the tutor at least 24 hours in advance if a session needs to be rescheduled.
• Failure to provide timely notice for cancellations will result in the session being charged in full.
• Frequent cancellations or rescheduling may affect the student's progress and could lead to a review of the tutoring arrangement.

6. Trial Sessions:

• A trial session may be offered at a free of charge, as per the company's promotional policies.
• After the trial session, parents must confirm their decision to continue with the tutoring services and proceed with the payment as per the agreed schedule.

7. Tutor Replacement:

• If the assigned tutor is not meeting the expectations, parents can request a tutor replacement (in demo class only).
• Requests for replacement must be accompanied by valid reasons and will be addressed promptly.

8. Confidentiality:

• All payment information and personal details of students and parents will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of providing tutoring services.
• Any disputes regarding payments should be brought to the attention of VEDA Home Tutor' administration immediately.
• We are committed to resolving any issues amicably and in the best interest of the student’s education.
